As a therapist, my focus is to help provide you with the opportunity to gain insight into your life. Childhood trauma, PTSD, relational issues, anxiety, panic, and depression are my areas of focus. I work with a combination of different modalities, including EMDR/ART neurofeedback and TF-CBT. I use eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR), accelerated resolution therapy (ART), and neurofeedback to help clients heal from past trauma and experiences that are holding them back. My goal with clients is to explore how the past is "present" in your life today.
